Stellantis Pro One and Iveco Sign Agreement for Supply of All-Electric Light Commercial Vehicles
Stellantis Pro One, the Stellantis N.V. business unit dedicated to commercial vehicles, and Iveco, the brand of Iveco Group N.V. that designs, manufactures, and markets light, medium, and heavy commercial vehicles, today announced the signing of agreements for the supply of two all-electric Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) to Iveco for the European market. These vehicles will be based on the Stellantis Pro One mid-size and large van all-electric platforms, ranging from 2.8 to 4.25 Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
Stellantis Pro One will manufacture the vans at its plants in Atessa (Italy), Gliwice (Poland), and Hordain (France), and will supply the vehicles to Iveco Group. The Group will then distribute the vehicles across the European market—including the UK—through its well-established sales and service network.
With GVW ranges of 2.8 to 3.1 tons and 3.5 to 4.25 tons, the two future Iveco vans will strengthen the brand’s battery-electric offering for the European market and extend it into lighter weight segments. This will provide customers with a broader selection of products to meet all application needs. These vehicles will expand and enhance Iveco’s LCV portfolio alongside the iconic eDaily, produced in Italy at Iveco’s historic Suzzara plant and electrified at the Brescia facility.
Commercialization of the new models is expected by mid-2026, under a ten-year supply agreement. This represents a significant collaboration within the commercial vehicle industry and underscores a shared commitment to the transition toward sustainable mobility with a long-term perspective.
A key factor in Iveco’s choice of partner was Stellantis Pro One’s expertise and its strong commitment to reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
“We are thrilled to add two innovative and versatile battery-electric vans to our Light Commercial Vehicle line-up, enhancing our competitiveness in the van sector. By choosing to partner with Stellantis Pro One, we are leveraging the deep expertise and strong presence in Italy and Europe that have historically connected our companies. I am confident that this successful collaboration will greatly benefit our European customers, particularly those engaged in last-mile logistics,”
said Luca Sra, President, Truck Business Unit, Iveco Group.
“We are proud to collaborate with an Italian and global industry leader like Iveco,” said Jean Philippe Imparato, Chief Operating Officer of Stellantis for Enlarged Europe. “This partnership is a result of our leadership in the European LCV market, driven by our operational excellence, product quality, and our ability to develop battery-driven technology that helps reduce emissions and protect the environment.”
